Payment Method
- Cash On Arrival: Cash payments will be collected by the driver upon pick-up
- Bank Transfer Payment: We accept payments via bank transfer
- Online Payment: We accept online payments via PayPal, and an additional fee of 4.9% of the total transaction will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel the tour 48 hours before the departure date, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 47 hours or up to 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the price.
- If you cancel for less than 24 hours or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the price.

Things You Need To Know Before Making A Booking:
- Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed in your voucher email
- Minimum Order: Our tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to book.
- Transportation: Free hotel return transfer in the covered areas: Kerobokan, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Keramas, Tejakula, Candi Dasa, Amed, Tulamben, and Padang Bai area. (Pick-up and drop-off in remote areas, such as Uluwatu, Pecatu, Canggu, and north Ubud, are subject to an additional charge of Rp 150,000 per group up to 6 pax.)
- Age Limits: Age restrictions start from 5 years old (require that children be accompanied by an adult during the tour)
- Private Trip: For our private hotel transfer service, you and your companion will be the only passengers in our vehicle.
- Fair Price: Our prices are reasonable and fair, and we don’t have any hidden fees. You can be confident that the price you see is the final price you will pay for your tour or transfer.

Itinerary
Day 1
- Upon arrival at the airport, you will be given a flower garland + picked up by BaliVIP Holiday driver staff and
- Check in at the hotel (earliest check in at 2pm)
Day 2
- After breakfast, we will pick you up for a full day tour.
- Photo of Balinese Traditional Clothes
- Lunch at Local Resto
- Pandawa Beach / Melasti
- Then head to Uluwatu Temple/ The Rock Cliff Temple
- Dinner at Jimbaran Seafood cafe
- Back to the hotel.
Day 3
- After breakfast, we will pick you up for a full day tour.
- Penglipuran Village
- Kintamani Penelokan
- Lunch at Kintamani Restaurant/ view of Mount Batur & Batu crater
- Visiting Luwak coffee agrotourism
- Then transfer to the hotel for dinner preparations.
- Sunset Dinner Cruise – By Sea Safari Cruise – Go around the Benoa Sea on a cruise while watching the sunset and other shows
- Sunset Dinner Includes: * Welcome drink and Pirate accessories, * Dinner * Free Drinking Water, Tea & Coffee * Entertainment (live show, Belly dance & Fire Dance)
- Return to Hotel & Rest

Day 4
- Breakfast at hotel
- Free time until it’s time to check out of the hotel (before 12.00 WITA)
- Pick Up by staff
- Orchid Spa for relaxation with a Traditional Balinese Spa for 2 hours (thalasso foot wash, Balinese massage, body scrub, yogurt moisturizer, flower bath and ginger tea drink)
- Transfer to Airport.
